Szechuan Broccoli Tofu

The Szechuan Provence in China are known for Hot & Spicy food. There special Chili pepper hot sauce are well known to be very spicy and burning hot. The hot sauce does have their own unique favour. The hot sauce can easily purchase from any one of the Asian store. I feel like to eat some hot and spicy food today even the weather is steaming hot outside. I got a bottle of Szechuen hot sauce and some pre -fried tofu with fresh broccoli to combine everything together to make this dizzling hot & spicy dish. Ingredients: 1 large broccoli 1 package of pre -fried tofu 2 teaspoon of Szechuan Chili Sauce 1 Teaspoon of soy sauce 1/2 corn starch Instructions: Heat up the sauce pan with medium high heat, add tofu and S zechuan chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and broccoli, cover and turn the heat to medium for 5 minutes , add 1/2 corn starch with 1 teaspoon of water to dissolve the corn starch. Add into the sauce and sauteed all ingredients.

Chocolate Strawberries

A beautiful Chocolate Strawberries dish. While strawberries is in season, make use of all the seasonal fresh ingredients to make a popular fruit plate. Ingredients: - 1 lb of fresh strawberries ( with stem and large size ) - 1 package of baking chocolate Instructions: Washing strawberries well. Drain and dry off. Melt the baking chocolate in the steam pot, deep enough to insert of all the way into the chocolate. Place the strawberries on the non-stick cookie sheet, refrigerated overnight and serve.

Avocado Salsa

A Mexican style dip is one of the most popular snack at any occasion. I choose guacamole chip to dip with the salsa. I love the favour and the color. It's creamy but the lime juice can ease out some of the richness. Ingredients: - 2 Avocado - 3 Roma tomato - 1/2 sweet onion - 1/2 bunch of cilantro - 1 lime - 2 jalapeno - salt and pepper. Instructions: Cut avocado and smashed apply lime juice to prevent avocado become dark in color. Diced up tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeno, mixed all ingredients together add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. refrigerated for 15-20 minutes to serve with chip of your choice. Tips: Put the avocado seed together with the salsa to prolong the green color at the avocado. Make sure you take out all the seed from the jalapeno if you don't want to be too spicy. Optional: Some would like to skip out sweet onion would still taste awesome .

Vegetarian Scramble Egg

When you heard "EGG", NO! Actually it's eggless. It's all make with fresh Bean Curb Sheet. You can easily find these in Asian Market at the frozen section. Bean Curb is in low-calories. An common ingredient use for entree and soup on most of the vegetarian menu. Ingredients: - 3 sheet of Bean Curb Sheet - 1 package of mushroom - ground ginger - 1 can of vegetable broth - salt - soy sauce. Instructions: Heat up the sauce pan at medium high heat, add oil and ginger, add mushroom cook for 1 minutes and cut up the bean curb sheet into small pieces and add into the sauce pan stir with the mushroom, add 1 can of vegetable broth, turn to medium low and cook for around 15 minutes, stir and check every 5 minutes to make sure there is enough broth and no stick to the bottom. Until the bean curb had soft and scramble together and ready to serve on the plate. Enjoy. Optional: you might add red bell pepper to add color to the dish.

Lettuce Wrap

The colorful vegetable mix give you a refreshing feeling. When I make this mixture of ingredients. That's remind me my Dearest Grandmother's recipe. The vegetable was using on this dish call jicama , to add the dish more crunch in your mouth. Ingredients: - 1 iceberg lettuce - 1 jicama - 2 carrot stick - 2 celery stick - 1 package of mushroom (Suggest    king oyster mushroom) - Garlic clove -  Hoisin sauce - Mushroom sauce - 1 package of dried rice noodle. Instructions: Clean lettuce and pull each one of the leave out ready for wrap. ground or chopped carrot, celery, mushroom and jicama set aside. Fried the dried rice noodle into a hot broiling oil and remove from heat and put on the paper towel to drain out the excess oil, crush that and set aside for use later. Heat up the sauce pen at medium high heat brown the garlic then add vegetable and turn to high to evaporate out the water from the vegetable. Add 4 teaspoon of hoisin sauce and 1 teaspoon of mushr

Broccoli Mushroom

Mushroom are known for use as vegetable on your dinner plate or herb as medicine. Mushrooms contain high content of water, and are very low in calories. They have very little sodium and fat. Good source of fiber. Hence, they are an ideal food for weight management program. Broccoli is a fiber rich vegetable which can prevent and control hormone-related cancers, alzheimer's disease, diabetes, calcium deficiencies, heart disease, arthritis, and even the aging process. It's a simple dish but really contain a lot of health benefit to your body. Ingredients: - Broccoli 2 bunch - 1 package of Japanese mushroom - Salt - Garlic clove or ginger (replacement for non-garlic eater) - Corn starch. Instructions: Lightly boil the broccoli in boiling salt water, remove and set aside. Heat up the pan at high heat and add ginger or garlic then broccoli remove to the plate, add mushroom and salt to the pan, prepare 1/4 teaspoon corn starch dissolve in 2 teaspoon of water, and add o

May be Fried food doesn't sound so healthy. But this is the kind of food that always most tempting and most popular. As a health conscious person sometime do give a break of the guideline and let the stomach be happy once. Using vegetable oil, fresh and season vegetable is always the priority choice. Please take a look at some of my simple vegetarian recipe can add your meal a little fancy. Ingredients: - 1 package of spring roll wrap (25 wrap) - 1 small size cabbage - 2 carrot - 2 celery stick - 1/2 jicama - 2 bean thread noodle - Salt - Corn starch or flour Instructions: Soak bean thread noodle in warm water for around 20 minutes or until it soft, drain well before use. Put package of spring roll wrap in the refrigerator over night prior to use. Shredded all the vegetable. Mixed all vegetable and noodle in the mixing bowl and add salt.
