Mushroom are known for use as vegetable on your dinner plate or herb as medicine. Mushrooms contain high content of water, and are very low in calories. They have very little sodium and fat. Good source of fiber. Hence, they are an ideal food for weight management program.
Broccoli is a fiber rich vegetable which can prevent and control hormone-related cancers, alzheimer's disease, diabetes, calcium deficiencies, heart disease, arthritis, and even the aging process.

Ingredients:
- Broccoli 2 bunch
- 1 package of Japanese mushroom
- Salt
- Garlic clove or ginger (replacement for non-garlic eater)
- Corn starch.
Instructions:
Lightly boil the broccoli in boiling salt water, remove and set aside. Heat up the pan at high heat and add ginger or garlic then broccoli remove to the plate, add mushroom and salt to the pan, prepare 1/4 teaspoon corn starch dissolve in 2 teaspoon of water, and add onto the mushroom. Remove and place mushroom on the top of the broccoli.
Tips: keep broccoli stay green, after lightly boil the broccoli, put into the ice water and drain well for use.
