Vegetable Spring Roll

May be Fried food doesn't sound so healthy. But this is the kind of food that always most tempting and most popular. As a health conscious person sometime do give a break of the guideline and let the stomach be happy once.
Using vegetable oil, fresh and season vegetable is always the priority choice. Please take a look at some of my simple vegetarian recipe can add your meal a little fancy.

Ingredients:

- 1 package of spring roll wrap (25 wrap)
- 1 small size cabbage
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery stick
- 1/2 jicama
- 2 bean thread noodle
- Salt
- Corn starch or flour

Instructions:

Soak bean thread noodle in warm water for around 20 minutes or until it soft, drain well before use. Put package of spring roll wrap in the refrigerator over night prior to use. Shredded all the vegetable. Mixed all vegetable and noodle in the mixing bowl and add salt. Mix 1 teaspoon of corn starch or flour with a little amount of water, set aside for use as a sealer. Follow the spring roll package instruction to wrap ingredient into the wrap and seal with corn starch water. Prepare hot oil in the deep fryer or sauce pan just enough to cover the spring roll to high temperature. Deep fry until golden brown. You can serve with Sweet and Sour sauce for dipping.

 I am introducing another type of noodle. Cantonese call "E- Mein" , a lot of time Chinese like to serve this dish during birthday. Noodle comes in really long in shape means longevity. I use black mushroom and shimeji mushroom. I wasn't able to get some fresh green house yellow garlic chives from the Asian store this time. Korean Japchae ( Stir fried glass noodle with vegetables )

As a noodles lover, I would like to make any of my favorite noodle at home for anyone to enjoy. Trying this stir fried Korean glass noodles in the resturant, first it appeal me is the sesame oil aroma and the crunchy texture of the noodles. It's different from other egg noodles that we normally eat.
