Bibimbap Korean Mix Vegetable Rice

  

Today I am really craving for a bowl of Korean Mix Vegetable rice. Although I do not have all the ingredients that I need in my pantry, but I can still use whatever I have to make it possible on my dinner table.
A lot of time people may think it may be spicy for them but it's not. In fact it's really up to you to control the amount of chili paste you put in. Some of the chili paste even carry a very mild favor.
Sometime you may use black rice and Japanese white rice mix. Otherwise you can always stick with Japanese white rice.



This is the kind of chili paste you can purchase from any Korean Market. There is different hot level you can choose.



Serving for 4

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of black rice (soak overnight)
- 1 1/2 cup of Japanese white rice
- 1 Carrot stick shredded
- 1 Zucchini Shredded
- 5 shiitake mushrooms (soak overnight and shredded)
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1/2 package of bean sprouts
- 2 pieces of seaweed shredded
- Salt
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Sesames
- Korean Chili Paste
- 3 minced garlic clove

Instructions:
Cook black rice and white rice in the rice cooker. Until it's cooked. Remove about 2 Asian rice bowl portion into a larger serving bow then add 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and roasted sesame. Lightly stir fry the vegetable separately with sprinkle of small amount of vegetable oil, garlic and salt. Apply all the vegetable on the top of the mixed rice and add Korean chili paste in the middle as how spicy you prefer. Mix everything together when it's ready to serve. Enjoy!

The spicy noodle at Din Tai Fung. I have it once and it is so yummy that lead me to start experiment the spicy sauce. I used the dry Taiwanese noodle. I have try to mix with all the ingredients as described below and it taste good. Try that see you like my version. Avocado Salsa

A Mexican style dip is one of the most popular snack at any occasion. I choose guacamole chip to dip with the salsa. I love the favour and the color. It's creamy but the lime juice can ease out some of the richness. Ingredients: - 2 Avocado - 3 Roma tomato - 1/2 sweet onion - 1/2 bunch of cilantro - 1 lime - 2 jalapeno - salt and pepper. Instructions: Cut avocado and smashed apply lime juice to prevent avocado become dark in color. Diced up tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeno, mixed all ingredients together add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. refrigerated for 15-20 minutes to serve with chip of your choice. Tips: Put the avocado seed together with the salsa to prolong the green color at the avocado. Make sure you take out all the seed from the jalapeno if you don't want to be too spicy. Optional: Some would like to skip out sweet onion would still taste awesome .

Noodle is my best comfort food either comes in any form or any favor. That's the reason why I am very picky on making my noodle to reach the perfection . Beside the taste, the moist and crunchy feel is very important. Numbers of mothers been asking how to do this simple noodle dishes so welcoming by the visiting kids.
